Summer 6's Tournament
Centurions competed in the inaugural Summer 6's competition at Grainville. Six teams of six players competed for the trophy and prize money. The event was sponsored by Mike Sun, the club's founder and Managaing Director of Centurion Trust Company. Amid strong competition Centurions were unable to progress to the later stages but nontheless a good day was had by all and the event was eventually won by Springfield CC. More importantly a significant amount of money was raised for the Charity sponsored by Mike.
Farmers Beaten
Centurions recorded a memorable victory over farmers at Farmers Field. A hundred opening partnership from Nathan Taylor and Tom Carolan set the platform for the victory, with Carolan going on to reach his maiden Century and win the match in the penultimate over.
